 Verified Steven did an outstanding job helping us in preparing, listing, and selling of our home. He understood that it was hard to sell the home we lived in for 35 years and what was needed to best showcase the home for sale and start detaching us to it. He kept in touch communicating every step that was required making it very none stressful event. Steven also recommended someone to come in and clean the house to better showcase it.  Verified Steven was our selling agent in 2018.  We sold our house so we could move up north.  In March of 2024 we decided to move back to the tri-county area and Steven was the first person we thought of in reference to helping us find a new home.  He was very patient and showed us 14 homes before we found the one.  During our search for a house, Steven was always available, attentive and made us feel like we were his only client, which we knew that was not the case.  
Steven was able to point out things to us while looking at homes that we never would have noticed.  He also gave us great information of how the housing market had changed from 2018 to present.

 Verified I am a first-time home buyer/shopper and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Steven. The only thing I really knew going in was what I wanted in a house.  Steven helped me every step of the way after that. He was very good at explaining the process and details of everything so that it made sense to me. He has great contacts that led to easy, but thorough inspections that steered us away from one house that would have been a disaster if purchased. His negotiation skills were the best and most helpful part to me. I didn’t know what was a good starting point or what moves to make after. He gave great recommendations that led to us making good, smart choices (like walking away from a house that would require too much cash out of pocket). He went to great lengths to make sure we were comfortable from beginning to end. Starting with the actual house hunting - to the inspection - to the closing. Everything was explained ahead of time. We looked at a number of homes. Steven was always very punctual, exceptionally patient, and observant. He showed  us specific things to look out for ie: basement foundation flaws, wall defects and other concerns that can often go unnoticed. Steven even brought to our attention a chimney that had an ever so slight lean towards the back of a house. No one else even noticed!  Verified This was my second transaction with Steven. I bought a condo last year in 2024 through him and this year I sold my old condo and (as expected) the transaction went phenomenal. He navigated through the transaction with professionalism and precision, communicating clearly all the way while setting proper expectations. He sends out personal “update“ texts keeping me in the loop as to everything that’s going on and his communication is stellar.  Verified Brian is very knowledgeable about houses and knows what to look for. He did a great job of pointing out things I should be looking for in a house to know if it is structurally good and What issues may arise and if they are worth the time and effort to fix. He is not the type to just sell you the first house you are interested in,
But rather the type to point out some of the things that may cause the house to not be the right fit for your wants and needs. So i get a call from a million realtors. Well anyway brian stands out. I talk to him and he has an in house lender. I get approved which was life changing for me and my family. My wife and I were moving up to Michigan from out of state and Steven was extremely accommodating to our constantly changing situation due to work and COVID 19. Steven showed over 15 houses to different members of our family. He negotiated multiple offers for us, even on nights and weekends. He showed homes anywhere from Ortonville to Saint Clair. Steven went out of his way to make sure that the home we wanted was safe and sound. He would look over the house and the concessions with a fine tooth comb and tell us everything we needed to know to make a well-informed decision. Steven went to bat for us on our perfect home. We found issues with the home during our final walkthrough and Steven renegotiated with the seller’s agent to make sure that the problems would get fixed. There is no doubt that the home buying process is stressful, but Steven brought out the good in everything with his light-hearted humor and positive attitude.
