 Verified We met Steve at a new builder spec house and he was very helpful in finding us a new home to our requirements which we bought with him as our buying agent. We listed and sold our old home with Steve as our selling agent. He was very professional at all times and worked hard to create buyers holding multiple open houses as well as an outstanding listing of pictures and drone video.  Verified Brian is very knowledgeable about houses and knows what to look for. He did a great job of pointing out things I should be looking for in a house to know if it is structurally good and What issues may arise and if they are worth the time and effort to fix. He is not the type to just sell you the first house you are interested in, But rather the type to point out some of the things that may cause the house to not be the right fit for your wants and needs. He bottom line with Brian is that if you want an honest realator who is there for you and not just trying to make a quick sale and make some money, he is someone you should consider calling.

  Steven went above and beyond during our home buying process. My wife and I were moving up to Michigan from out of state and Steven was extremely accommodating to our constantly changing situation due to work and COVID 19. Steven showed over 15 houses to different members of our family. He negotiated multiple offers for us, even on nights and weekends. He showed homes anywhere from Ortonville to Saint Clair. Steven went out of his way to make sure that the home we wanted was safe and sound. He would look over the house and the concessions with a fine tooth comb and tell us everything we needed to know to make a well-informed decision. Steven went to bat for us on our perfect home. We found issues with the home during our final walkthrough and Steven renegotiated with the seller’s agent to make sure that the problems would get fixed. There is no doubt that the home buying process is stressful, but Steven brought out the good in everything with his light-hearted humor and positive attitude. If you are serious about buying a home, Steven is indubitably the best agent for the job.

 Verified Very easy going, polite, and knows what he's doing. He's not afraid of helping you get anything you need from the seller. I have worked with other realtors before him and none of them were nearly as good as he was. After clicking the “contact agent” button and expecting to hear back from the listing agent, instead that lead was sent to Steven.  He called us within 10 minutes.  We told him the house we wanted to see and he set it up for the next day.  While we didn’t end up with that particular house, he showed us several more and we placed an offer on his advice and it was accepted. He navigated through the transaction with professionalism and precision, communicating clearly all the way while setting proper expectations. He sends out personal “update“ texts keeping me in the loop as to everything that’s going on and his communication is stellar.
