My wife and I were moving up to Michigan from out of state and Steven was extremely accommodating to our constantly changing situation due to work and COVID 19. Steven showed over 15 houses to different members of our family. He negotiated multiple offers for us, even on nights and weekends. He showed homes anywhere from Ortonville to Saint Clair. Steven went out of his way to make sure that the home we wanted was safe and sound. He would look over the house and the concessions with a fine tooth comb and tell us everything we needed to know to make a well-informed decision. Steven went to bat for us on our perfect home. I was trying to buy a trailer and just started looking at houses. So i get a call from a million realtors. Well anyway brian stands out. I talk to him and he has an in house lender. I get approved which was life changing for me and my family. The amazing thing about brian is he wont just tell you what you want to hear no matter how bad you want him too.
