He did a great job of pointing out things I should be looking for in a house to know if it is structurally good and What issues may arise and if they are worth the time and effort to fix. He is not the type to just sell you the first house you are interested in, But rather the type to point out some of the things that may cause the house to not be the right fit for your wants and needs.
