I work hard to ensure that my clients get the best loan program to meet their goals, best rate, and service that makes purchasing a new home a good experience. My business is based on referrals from past clients and partners. I strive to make home ownership an exciting experience and want the entire process to be stress free. From the pre-approval through closing I guide my client through the entire process, making sure that they understand the next step. I am very thorough up front in the pre- approval process so everyone involved can be assured that they will have a fast seamless closing. I stay in close contact with everyone involved, my client, the Realtors, and the title company, making sure that everyone is up to date with where we are at in the mortgage process. I am a mother of two and understand how important home ownership is to your family. My goal is to help my client reach their home ownership goals and have a positive experience.
